Creation ticket from personal account is the preferred method of communication and guarantees a response.

Tasks performed by free customer support

  • Assistance and advice in choosing the tariff plan to customer requirements.
  • Assistance in transferring sites and servers from other hosting companies.
  • Assistance in transferring sites and servers between services or accounts on the server "Flynet".
  • Installing and reinstalling the operating system and software support which is stated in the service plan.
  • Advising on the functional control panels.
  • The server restart on client request.
  • Automatic backup.
  • Restoring access to the server in case of loss of credentials.
  • Reset administrative root password of the operating system and database server.

Any types and volumes of work are not included in the list of core support tasks can be carried out by staff of Flynet by mutual agreement with the client.

Tasks for extended support will only be accepted through personal account - Support - Open tickets - New.

  • The cost of services Advanced Tehsupport is 20$ per hour.
  • The required time is determined during the negotiation phase before it will be done.
  • Problem is taken into operation only if the client's balance amount determined in consultation.
  • When task is done we will send the client progress report.
