Requesting a refund

You must meet both criteria below for a refund to be considered:

  1. You have not used your account in the current calendar month.
  2. You have no outbound emails sent.

If you meet these conditions, please create new ticket in support system to financial department with subject "refund request", or email as@flynet.pro with the same subject to begin the discussion about a possible refund.
